With a population of just two million people, Slovenia is the smallest country at the FIFA World Cup. But with players like the 6-foot-4 Milivoje Novakovic leading the charge, Slovenia might just be big enough for a few surprise victories.

@alexavvm uruguay has won it twice.. and they are by far the smallest team to ever win it …. i believe they are under 3 million in population

@timboly3 Thanks! Yea it was horrible to watch us thrown out by Portugal. We were all optimistic and thought we would finally make it, the whole country was united for the first time since the war. The first game was espcially hard to watch, we hit the bar three times, the ball just didnt wanna go in. We should have won the first match. I am still very disapointed.

Slovenia, it was a valiant effort, but just not enough. The USA has God on their side this World Cup….at least until we play Germany. lol
